Investment Criteria
We are looking to acquire companies with $1MM to $50MM in revenue and between $1MM and $10MM in EBITDA. We are seeking family or founder-owned businesses based in the Lower Mainland, BC. We work with companies in any industry, but focus on construction, manufacturing, and web-based businesses. We have a preference for contracted and recurring revenue, businesses with significant hard assets, and those with an existing management infrastructure.
Owner Involvement
We prefer to work with owners and operators who know the business well and are willing to commit to training new owners / operators over a transition period.
Founder / Operator Run
We work best with companies that are family or single-owner operated. We work with you to find a long-term solution to developing the business you have built.
Any Industry, Significant Hard Assets
We love working with firms in all industries that have a strong asset base. We are particularly interested in companies with a significant amount of hard assets on their balance sheet.

Founder, Investor & Growth Advisor: Dr. Eric Adebayo holds a PhD in economics, a master's degree in International and Development Economics, a master's degree in Environmental Law and Policy, and a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics. He has experience in valuation of Benefit Sharing Agreements in the mining sector, and modeling government taxation of gold mines. He is a published author in the top academic journal in his field, and has international experience doing research in Ghana and Rwanda.
